Troubleshooting your connection

If OnSwitch can't seem to find your bulbs, here are some steps you can take to fix it:

1/ Make sure your device and your bulbs are connected to the same WiFi network.

2/ Make sure your bulbs are running the latest firmware.
For Philips Hue: Use the official Philips Hue app, and install the bridge update if there is one.

3/ Philips Hue: make sure the 3 blue LED are lit (constant light, NOT blinking). If one of them is blinking, it's likely that your bridge is not connected to the internet.

4/ If your issue still persists, contact us.
